I have always lead an active lifestlye, being a ballet dancer while growing up and running and swimming for my high school have all contributed to my passion, knowlage and respect for excercise.
My desire to help women find confidance, strength and happiness within themselves inspired me to become a Personal Trainer, specifically for females.
With my extensive knowlage and understanding of the female mind, body and emotions, I have developed the skills to assist every unique female in achieving their goals so that they can finally be everything that they desire to be.

I am also regestered with the National Register of Personal Trainers, level 3, currently the highest level.
