I offer a free initial consultation, to give you the chance to meet me, and for us both to get a better understanding of your needs and how I can help. I prefer my services to be bought in blocks, which helps bring down the price of each session as well as giving you a clear idea as to where your training will take you. £50 pay-as-you-go £40 per session in a block of 10 £37.50 per session in a block of 16 I also train groups of 2 or more people and price these sessions according to your requirements. My Corporate service is also priced according to your needs, so feel free to contact me and I’ll tailor-make a package to suit you and your team. £ 45 per 1 hour Nutritional Consultation With every package you will receive everything from on going nutritional advice to unlimited email support, new and detailed programs and plans all to help you succeed!
