Having joined the gym in September with the goal of getting fit and losing a bit of weight before I get married in Aug 09, I was at first sceptical to the idea of having a personal trainer. The cost certainly made me cautious, however I was approached by Nikkita and initially offered a free hour to see how I liked it. It was hard work, however the option of doing half hour sessions at a lower cost and the fact that she was willing to work around my timeframes, meant that I signed up quickly. I’ve now been training for 6 months, and have really seen the benefits. Its not easy, and she works you extremely hard, but through a slight alteration of diet and 2 training sessions per week, I’ve toned up, lost a stone in weight and dropped a dress size. I now feel so much more energised at work and comfortable with the way I look. The compliments from other people are great as well. I can't wait for the wedding and the best thing is I now enjoy exercising and really look forward to the sessions!
